DiNozzo's life gets a little more complicated tonight when his journalist ex-fiancé, Wendy Miller ('Entourage's' Perrey Reeves), joins him on a case involving the death of a Navy captain. When the NCIS team discovers a bizarre costume underneath the captain's clothes, they tie him to an underground society of real-life superheroes.
