Director Vance is still in mourning following the death of his wife, but he receives some personal information tonight that forces him to question everything. (Everything except his devotion to the NCIS team, we hope.) Gibbs and the gang have to scramble when Vance decides to head back into the trenches and do a little investigating of his own. Plus, “Ally McBeal’s” Greg Germann (Fish!) is back as Vance’s deputy director.
