DEFIANCE - THE ARTS SCENE: TRENNA KEATING VIDEO INTERVIEW
August 5th, 2013
Sometime back, we had a chance to sit down with Canadian Actress Trenna Keating to chat about her role as Doc Yewll on the new Sci-Fi television show, Defiance.
Keating was born and raised in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. She made her feature film debut in 2005′s Just Friends, which starred Ryan Reynolds and Amy Smart. She then began to do a number of TV shows and programs, landing herself in recognizable roles such as Sergeant Hannah Corday on Global’s [Canada] Combat Hospital. She has also made appearances on shows such as Corner Gas, Little Mosque on the Prairie and Rabbit Fall.
Away from TV and films, Keating enjoys writing plays, theatre being both her educational background and her beginnings within the arts. She spends most of her off-screen time outdoors, hiking and camping. Apart from those, she enjoys cooking, dancing and playing board games.
Season two of Defiance is set to premiere on Syfy in June 2014.
