Gibbs' (Mark Harmon) team investigates the death of a SEAL during a training exercise, and come to suspect that it wasn't an accident, but a murder.

Jamie Lee Curtis returns as Samantha Ryan, Scott Wolf returns as Jonathan Cole and Richard Schiff (“The West Wing”) returns as Harper Dearing.
