After Castiel (Misha Collins) tells Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) that he wants to be a hunter, too, they agree to join him in investigating a bizarre case: a man who died from his heart literally coming out of his chest. It turns out to be one of several bizarre deaths resembling those in cartoons in the new episode "Hunteri Heroici."
