Season Premiere: The L.A. team is in turmoil as CBS’s “NCIS” spinoff picks up for Season 4 tonight. Callen may have been justified in taking out the Chameleon on last season’s finale, but the NCIS brass don’t look too fondly on their agents shooting suspects in public and slap Callen with a suspension. (Aw… Hanna looks so lonely without him.) Plus, Callen has to watch his back when Chameleon’s comrades come gunning for him as well.
