Dick Roman (James Patrick Stuart) gets his hands on Frank's hard drive, which has sensitive data about Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles), and gives it to a hacker named Charlie (Felicia Day) with instructions to crack the firewall in 48 hours. The brothers learn what happened and rush to get to Charlie first. Bobby (Jim Beaver) tries to help, but his anger gets in the way in the new episode "The Girl With the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo."
