Another murder related to the death of Turell Baylor causes the lawsuit against Brenda (Kyra Sedgwick) to come to a head. Brenda turns to a businessman (guest star Jason George) with ties to the neighborhood for help. Brenda's lawyer (Mark Pellegrino) clashes in court with the Baylors' attorney (guest star Curtis Armstrong) in the winter finale, "Silent Partner."
