Carter (Chris Butler) is suspended for assaulting an officer, triggering an investigation by Sean and Michelle (Jon Tonney, Rebecca Romijn). Before long, the duo comb through a bizarre mix of clues involving Carter's most recent case. Elsewhere, Sean casts light on his past as a Secret Service agent.
