... Another successful Canadian series returning for a new season [Monday] night is the fantasy thriller Lost Girl, starring Anna Silk as a supernatural succubus named Bo.
Lost Girl, too, has its secrets of the season and Silk is not about to spill them.
“Well, umm, I can tell you what the third season is about in sort of general terms,” she hedges. “For Bo, the sort of theme for the season is all about discovery. She really learns, very quickly, that being ‘fae’ is a lot more complicated than just choosing a light or dark side, and just having her powers. There’s a lot more responsibility to it than that.
“In Season 3 she also faces probably the biggest challenge that she’s ever faced, and that forces her to really come to grips with who she is and what she is . . . it’s always so hard for me to be specific...”
Lost Girl season three premieres in the US on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 10/9C on Syfy. In Canada, Lost Girl premiered on Sunday, January 6, 2013 on Showcase.
Lost Girl season three cast includes Anna Silk, Kris Holden-Ried, Ksenia Solo, Zoie Palmer, Rick Howland, K.C. Collins and new cast member, Rachel Skarsten, in a recurring role as “Tamsin.”
