SEASON FINALE: Game of Thrones ended season one by lopping off the head of a favorite character and letting viewers know anything might happen next. All this season, that promise has been fulfilled — increasingly so in these final episodes, as the conflicts between territorial rulers became more numerous and unavoidable. So tonight, expect the unexpected, but also expect this: there will be blood.
