Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) seek out three items they need to defeat Dick Roman (James Patrick Stuart) and the Leviathans. They get help from Castiel (Misha Collins) in locating one of them, but to get the other two, they must battle Crowley (Mark Sheppard) and a powerful Alpha (Rick Worthy). Jim Beaver also stars in the new episode "There Will Be Blood."
