A Daily Guide To Notable Shows
... The Big Bang Theory
8-8:31 PM CBS
Leonard Nimoy is lending only his voice for his momentous Big Bang guest spot, but he's still the catalyst for some highly logical laughter. Nimoy shows up as a Spock action figure in Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) dream to help resolve a supergeeky ethical dilemma involving a Star Trek transporter toy. Far less playful are the hoary gay jokes made at the expense of poor Raj (Kunal Nayyar), whose increasingly woeful attempts to find a girlfriend keep getting stymied by his metrosexuality. Because women don't like a man who smells good and can cook? Most illogical indeed.
