Canada’s Anna Silk talks about the ‘Lost’ arc

When Anna Silk first heard about “Lost Girl,” she thought it was a joke.
“My initial thought was, ‘Are you kidding me?’ What is this?’ ”Silk said.
In the series (tomorrow at 10 on Syfy), Silk stars as Bo, a woman who discovers she is Fae, a creature who passes as human but needs sex to survive. Her kiss can kill and it often does...
... Once Silk read the pilot script, she realized the show was much deeper than its sound bite.
“Even though she’s not human and she’s going to be thrown into this crazy world, she’s a very relatable character,” Silk said. “She’s intensely vulnerable and also has to grow and find her way, and there’s a lot of growth for her in the series. (Her) journey is just so huge...”
Lost Girl season two premieres Monday, April 16, 2012 on Syfy.
