Recent events have Elena, Caroline, Matt and Bonnie (Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola, Zach Roerig, Kat Graham) somewhat rattled, but they're determined to enjoy their senior year. Tyler (Michael Trevino) seems a little too happy, however. A new student joins Alaric's (Matt Davis) history class. A houseguest gets on Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) nerves. Matt seeks Bonnie's help rectifying a mistake in the new episode "Smells Like Teen Spirit."
