In the season finale, Kate's (Sarah Shahi) day includes not only mediating a dispute between a pair of litigious siblings (Joe Cortese, Lou Casal) but preventing an international incident at the Croatian embassy and trying to avoid being thrown in jail by Judge Nicastro (guest star Gerald McRaney).
