It's been seven weeks since the last original episode way back on Dec. 9, but tonight the vampire-werewolf saga picks right up where it left off. Rose, who was bitten by a werewolf, begins exhibiting strange and increasingly violent behavior. Damon confronts werewolf Jules in a desperate attempt to find a cure for Rose, but Jules' advice is to stake her. Not what Damon wants to hear. But can he bring himself to kill Rose, now that he has developed feelings for her? And speaking of feelings, Tyler and Caroline reveal their true thoughts for each other, as their relationship heats up.
