THRESHOLD - CHILLER TV: MARATHON SCHEDULE MONDAY, JULY 15, 2013

Threshold cast includes Carla Gugino, Brian Van Holt, Star Trek: The Next Generation's Brent Spiner, Rob Benedict, Game of Thrones' Peter Dinklage and Charles S. Dutton.

(Originally aired in 2005 on CBS.)

09:00 AM Trees Made of Glass - Part 1 (Series Pilot)

Dr. Molly Caffrey (Carla Gugino), a government contingency analyst, investigates the arrival of aliens who threaten Earth in this sci-fi thriller. A mysterious spacecraft appears near a Navy cargo freighter Big Horn in the Atlantic Ocean and emits a deadly, piercing sound that kills most of the crew. Those who don't die mutate into aliens who then attempt to infect others. Molly assembles an expert team that includes a microbiologist (Brent Spiner), a physicist (Rob Benedict), a covert operative (Brian Van Holt) and an expert in languages and math (Peter Dinklage) to stop them.

Guest stars include William Mapother, Scott MacDonald, Diane Venora, Jon Barton, Traber Burns, Colin Campbell, Mitchell Edmonds and Joel Steingold.

10:00 AM Trees Made of Glass - Part 2

At least one, and possibly seven, individuals from the ill fated Big Horn have survived but have disappeared. One in particular tends to reappear to menace but also possibly to communicate with Dr. Caffrey (Carla Gugino), then vanish just as suddenly. The team plans to capture the missing sailors with an audio segment from a video of the alien encounter which attracts rats found on the Big Horn. But with such limited testing there is no telling who, or what, might show up.

Guest stars include William Mapother, Kevin Durand, Castle's Seamus Dever, Mark Berry and Diane Venora.

11:00 AM Blood of the Children

Molly (Carla Gugino) and her team fear that cadets at a local military academy have been infected by the aliens after a janitor at the school viciously attacks several people before his head implodes. The investigation leads Molly to suspect that an infected cadet may be attempting to send an alien signal across the Internet that could affect millions of people.

Guest stars include Castle's Seamus Dever, David Gautreaux, Richard Cox, Jake Abel, The Vampire Diaries' Steven R. McQueen, Julie Marie Berman, Mark Berry, D.J. Evans, Cameron Monaghan and Arthur Santiago.

12:00 PM The Burning

An inmate at an Ohio psychiatric institute escapes and Molly (Carla Gugino) believes he may have been infected by the aliens after paintings of glass trees, like the ones in her dreams, are found in his cell. The inmate, who has been incarcerated since 1979 for burning down his house with his family inside when he was 13, then breaks into a woman's ground-floor apartment and starts digging through the floor for a mysterious object he buried 26 years ago.

Guest stars include Once Upon A Time's Raphael Sbarge, Cliff De Young, Laurence Mason, Richard V. Licata, Mark Berry, R.J. Adams, Maura Claire Barclay, David Gautreaux and Michael Papajohn.

01:00 PM Pulse

Molly (Carla Gugino) and her crew descend on Miami after partygoers there are exposed to the alien signal and begin bleeding and fighting one another. The Threshold team quickly learn that the signal came through a dance-mix recording that was played by the party's female deejay, who is being taken over by the aliens. As the team searches for the missing young woman, they try to trace the signal's origin and fear that it now may be spreading through technology.

Guest stars include Kevin Alejandro, Jon Barton, Adam Chambers, Ewan Chung, Erin Cummings, Amanda Fuller, Gonzalo Menendez, Paula Miranda, Rob Swanson and Lahmard J. Tate.

02:00 PM Shock

Park (Xaypani Baccam), one of the infected crewmen from the Big Horn, kills a detective at a Baltimore port during a shoot-out with an Asian gang that is smuggling highly sophisticated computer microchips. When Molly (Carla Gugino) arrives on the scene, she learns that Park survived being shot at the docks and electrocuted on a nearby fence while he was trying to escape. But what she learns next worries her the most: human technology can create the deadly alien signal.

Guest stars include Xaypani Baccam, Viola Davis, Jeremy Forte, Pete Pastore, Joe Penny, Diane Venora, Ronnie Warner and Robert Wu.

03:00 PM The Order

While a security leak threatens to put the Threshold plan in jeopardy, Molly (Carla Gugino) fears that residents in a small Rhode Island town may have been infected by the alien signal after several people reported having disturbing dreams about trees made of glass. The leak is brought to Molly's attention when a newspaper article appears that vaguely mentions Threshold. Unfortunately, the article gets a meddling senator's attention and he insists on being included in the project.

Guest stars include Jake Abel, Jon Barton, Jesse Burch, Melissa Charles, Kevin Kilner, Stephen Lee, James Parks, Jon Polito, Larry Thomas, Supernatural's Lauren Tom and Diane Venora.

04:00 PM Revelations

Molly (Carla Gugino) travels to Indiana after a Threshold agent who was watching the boyhood home of an infected Big Horn crewman disappears. While she's there Molly learns that one of the town's ministers may be infected. The pastor claims to have seen visions of a glass sea and is warning his congregation to prepare for the end of the world. Back in Washington, D.C., Baylock (Charles S. Dutton) leads an effort to locate the sunken Big Horn and raise it to the surface for study.

Guest stars include Deborah Strang, Montae Russell, Kevin Durand, James Frain, Maura Claire Barclay and Annie Katsura Rollins.
