Michael Nouri is back tonight as Ziva’s dad (and Mossad director) Eli David, who says he’s visiting D.C. simply to share a Shabbat dinner with his daughter. But Ziva hasn’t seen her father in two years, and can’t believe he doesn’t have ulterior motives for coming to town. Meanwhile, the NCIS team tries to find a connection between a dead journalist and a Navy petty officer.
