The aftermath of a deadly shooting on gang turf finds Raydor (Mary McDonnell) making a daring maneuver that could threaten her career and jeopardize Det. Sykes' (Kearran Giovanni) life. Elsewhere, Rusty (Graham Patrick Martin) makes it quite apparent that he has no interest in meeting his biological father.
