There's a new killer-obsessed guy in town in this new episode. While searching for a serial killer, Jane (Simon Baker) crosses paths with a blogger (David Paymer, "The Good Wife") who has devoted his life to finding this particular perp. Robin Tunney also stars in "Blinking Red Light," which Baker directed.
