It's a big episode for "Tiva"' fans when Tony's shower buddy E.J. (Sarah Jane Morris) returns to lead the investigation of a port-to-port serial killer, and Ziva's secret-keeping boyfriend Ray (Enrique Murciano) makes his first appearance. Ray treats Ziva (Cote de Pablo) to a romantic dinner by the office vending machines and Tony (Michael Weatherly) to "a really interesting scene in the bathroom," de Pablo says. "The best scenes always happen in the most inappropriate places on NCIS. It's when the characters can have some 'alone time.'" —Mandi Bierly
