Andie MacDowell leads the ensemble cast as Olivia Lockhart, a judge in the titular small town who finds herself at a crossroads in her life when she's appointed for a federal judgeship. Dylan Neal, Bruce Boxleitner, Barbara Niven and Teryl Rothery also star.
