Kevin (Osric Chau) hears the voice of Crowley (Mark Sheppard) in his head and calls Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) in a panic. The brothers join forces with Ajay (Assaf Cohen), a reaper who helps them deal with the second trial from the Tablet. After a visit from Naomi (Amanda Tapping), Dean realizes he must ask Benny (Ty Olsson) for a big favor in the new episode "Taxi Driver."
