While investigating a serial arsonist, Wallander (Kenneth Branagh) is visited by Anna (Maimie McCoy), an old friend of his estranged daughter, Linda (Jeany Spark). Then Anna disappears. As more arson attacks occur, it appears that Anna may be connected and that Wallander must reconcile with Linda and join forces to find her. But Linda can't forget her dad once had an affair with Anna's mother in the new episode "Wallander, Series III: Before the Frost."
