Complicating matters is “NCIS’s” DiNozzo, Michael Weatherly, who guest stars as a person of interest who’s an “intuitive life strategist.” Oh no… he’s not playing Dr. Phil, is he? Plus, we get to see a softer side of Lt. Provenza and Rusty prepares for his first day of school.
