Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) revisit a case from four years ago, in which they stopped a demon that had possessed a small-town postal worker (Russell Sams) and committed a series of murders. When the demon returns, the brothers pay a visit to the postal worker, now a patient in a psych ward, to see if he can remember anything about what happened. Nicole Oliver also guest stars in the new episode "Repo Man."
