Well, it's not every day that you get to meet a TV superstar. MacGyver's such a cultural icon that even when the show was done, cultural phenomonan's such as The Simpsons and Family Guy reference the bloke. Amazing.
Actually, if you watch the above six minutes with Richard Dean Anderson, you'll get a real insight into the guy. He talks about both MacGyver and Stargate SG-1, as well as The Simpsons and Family Guy. Even The Hoff and The Fonz get a mention!
What doesn't surprise though are some of Shane's questions. Classic form Shane, classic.
It begs the question though... what was the better Richard Dean Anderson? MacGyver or the dude from Stargate SG-1, Jack O'Neill? Vote here.
