Meanwhile, in the wake of Chase's (Jesse Spencer) disciplinary hearing, Foreman (Omar Epps) is temporarily in charge of the unit, but that doesn't mean he'll get a lot of respect from his new underling House.

Meanwhile, Cuddy cuts an increasingly desperate House off Vicodin and takes him off the team's case: a 15-year-old little person who entered the hospital with a collapsed lung and anemia, and soon deteriorates.
