CBS’s top-rated drama kicks off a two-part mystery tonight with a just-returned Navy lieutenant found brutally murdered. Gibbs and the team investigate by questioning the dead lieutenant’s friend, Marine Captain Joe Wescott (“Jericho’s” Brad Beyer). But things get complicated when they learn Wescott might be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
