Those who shiver at tales of creepy crawlers should experience lots of discomfort while watching this 1990 thriller-with-humor. Jeff Daniels stars as a doctor whose small town is overrun by lethal spiders, though more is suggested than actually shown by the film. That's still too much for the average arachnophobe. John Goodman, Julian Sands and Harley Jane Kozak also appear.
