Castle and Beckett celebrate their first Christmas as a couple... or try to. First, there's the mystery of a murdered Kris Kringle, which involves a trip to a somewhat sinister school for Santas. And then there's some bah, humbug emotional baggage to clear: Burdened by Castle's high expectations, Beckett is haunted by her painful Christmas past. But everyone gets a holiday miracle, the romantic kicker is an under-the-mistletoe smooch to the fans, and damn, does Castle know how to decorate for the holidays.
