A&E’s grizzled Wyoming cop drama has rustled up a nice audience in its first season, roping in an average of 3.9 million viewers on a competitive night. And the network definitely likes what it sees; it’s already announced it’s bringing back Sheriff Walt Longmire and his crew (including Lou Diamond Phillips and “Battlestar Galactica’s” Katee Sackhoff) for Season 2. Between this, “Hatfields,” and “Dallas,” it’s officially safe to wear a cowboy hat on TV again...
