The annual Miss Mystic Falls Pageant takes place, and Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Caroline (Candice Accola) give April (Grace Phipps) advice on which dress to wear to the event. Meanwhile, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) tries to uncover Shane's (David Alpay) motives; and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) becomes alarmed by vivid nightmares and turns to Matt (Zach Roerig) for help.
Guest stars include David Alpay, Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Douglas, Joseph Morgan and Grace Phipps.
