After eluding the NCIS team for months, the notorious Port-to-Port killer was finally revealed last week to be (spoiler alert!) clean-cut Navy Lt. Jonas Cobb (Kerr Smith of "Dawson's Creek"). Jonas has already taken out members of the NCIS team, and he looks to add to his body count on tonight's Season 8 finale when he takes Ziva hostage.
