Where We Left Off: Former nemesis McKeen (guest star Conor O'Farrell) returned and masterminded a plot that ended with Russell's granddaughter being kidnapped, Conrad Ecklie being shot and Nick walking away from his job at the crime lab.
What's Next: Although we expect Russell's granddaughter to be just fine, expect to spend more time with Russell's family throughout the season. And Nick won't stay gone for long. "He's the kind of guy who doesn't run from a fight," George Eads says. "He got frustrated and fed up, but I don't think he would ever leave his teammates in the middle of battle."
