This installment of Nature is mistitled. It should be Raccoon Nations, because this one-hour study of raccoons in urban settings, in addition to covering these nocturnal prowlers in the U.S., also covers Canada, Japan and Germany. The hour offers some creepy night-vision footage of raccoons in backyards and on city streets, and a fascinating Google Maps tracking device establishing the animal’s very defined urban territory.
