They may not inspire the same revulsion as rats and roaches -- maybe it's those cute masked faces -- but raccoons are becoming an urban nuisance in their own right. The new episode "Raccoon Nation" follows a family of citified raccoons over six months and explores some disturbing trends, including the animals' role in spreading parasites and the possibility that city life is making them even smarter.
