Could Leonard and Penny (Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco) be rekindling their romance? It looks to be headed that way when he extends a spur-of-the-moment invitation to a romantic dinner. Whether this is a good thing remains to be seen, however. Jim Parsons and Simon Helberg also star in the new episode "The Recombination Hypothesis," which is also the series' 100th.
