Vance (Rocky Carroll) orders Gibbs (Mark Harmon) to question a troubled teen (guest star Cameron Monaghan, "Shameless") who's accused of killing his father, a retired Marine. The assignment not only puts Gibbs' interrogation skills to the test but also has him questioning the director's motives. Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo also star in the new episode "Out of the Frying Pan."
