TV veteran John Larroquette (we always loved him on "Night Court") returns to NBC's spy caper as womanizing CIA instructor Roan Montgomery. Roan has been captured in Morocco, so Chuck, Sarah, and Casey head over there to rescue him. You'd think the CIA would hire instructors who know how not to get captured, no?
