"CHiPs" star Erik Estrada rides again in this typically schlocky Syfy original movie, debuting this weekend. (Can you believe this one didn't make it to theaters?) Estrada stars as a DEA agent who reluctantly teams up with a band of gangsters to battle the mythical blood-sucking creature known as the Chupacabra. Well, it ain't exactly "The Bible"… but it is nice to see Estrada revving up a motorcycle again.
