When ABC's Castle returns on Monday, Rick Castle's apartment is going to be bursting at the seams.

As we first reported, the episode, titled "Significant Others," finds Castle (Nathan Fillion) in a pickle when his "deep-fried Twinkie" ex-wife Meredith (Scandal's Darby Stanchfield) winds up crashing at Casa Castle after her planned trip to Europe falls through because Alexis (Molly Quinn) has mono. As luck would have it, Beckett (Stana Katic) is also sleeping over while her place is being fumigated.

Can we say awkward? In any case, based on our exclusive first look at the episode below, Beckett is a little bit unsure about to handle the threat of Meredith. Fortunately, Lanie (Tamala Jones) is there to see Beckett straight...

While investigating the murder of a powerful divorce attorney, Castle's ex-wife returns, throwing his personal life into chaos, on ABC's 'Castle,' MONDAY, JANUARY 7 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.

When a powerful divorce attorney who only represented women is murdered, Castle and Beckett (Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic) are confronted with a plethora of angry ex-husbands, any one of whom could be the murderer. Meanwhile, Castle's ex-wife (Darby Stanchfield, "Scandal"), Meredith, moves into the loft to take care of Alexis while she recovers from Mono, and to make matters worse, Beckett is also forced to move in while her apartment is being fumigated, causing tension, humor and more than a little awkwardness.

Jack Wagner ("Melrose Place") guest stars as a pro golfer whose career went down in flames after a nasty divorce, and Nancy Lee Grahn ("General Hospital") guests as a wealthy divorcee caught in a "War of the Roses"-like struggle with her ex-husband.

Additional guest stars include Mark Deklin, Stephanie Drapeau, Brendan Ford and Deji LaRay.

'Significant Others' was written by Terence Paul Winter and directed by Holly Dale.
