It's Christmas Eve in 1892, and an icy menace is threatening the world. A feisty young governess, Clara Oswin (Jenna-Louise Coleman), calls on the Doctor (Matt Smith) for help, but he's mourning the loss of Amy and Rory and isn't interested in getting involved. The return of some old friends may change his mind in the new holiday episode "The Snowmen."
