“Five-0” is on a real roll with its guest stars lately (Christine Lahti has been great this season as McGarrett’s mom), and that streak continues tonight with “Star Trek’s” George Takei playing Chin’s moonshine-making uncle. (We’re digging the beard, George.) Meanwhile, someone makes the mistake of trying to carjack McGarrett, which leads him and Catherine to search for a boy’s missing father in the untamed wilderness of Oahu.
