"It's perfect. Those are the first words out of the mouth of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) upon spotting the West Georgia Correctional Facility in the season 3 premiere of AMC's zombie drama. The setting will also be a delight to viewers who complained about there being too much chatter and not enough splatter in season 2 with Rick & Co. chillaxing on the farm. Rest assured, there is splatter aplenty in tonight's premiere as the survivors must clear the prison of walkers before they can make it their own. That means a massive zombie annihilation that makes last season's Barnageddon look downright quaint by comparison. The kill count is unprecedented, and before all is said and done, Rick will have to make a terrible, terrible choice while the fate of one of his own hangs in the balance. Sucks to be him.
