Moira Kelly stars as a mother who thinks she's found the woman who abducted her daughter 12 years earlier. Despite the based-on-a-true-story premise, the movie bears all the cheesy marks of a mid-'90s Lifetime TV movie. Which is to say, the action eventually devolves into a ridiculous tussle between two gun-toting moms.
