We're trying not to call tonight's "NCIS" explosive -- but to be fair, the whole plot centers on an explosion onboard a Navy vessel, so it kind of fits. When the NCIS team arrives to investigate, Gibbs realizes this might be the work of a mad-bomber terrorist. That leads to Tony and Ziva hopping a flight to Italy when a similar device is found on another Navy ship.
