A third season of keeping Harlan on the straight and narrow begins with Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) again having to deal with Boyd’s (Walton Goggins) waywardness. But an arrival in the area from Detroit sets the tone for a new exploration of the hidden power structure in the area.
