Walter (John Noble) is forced to leave the lab for the first time in years when Olivia (Anna Torv) uncovers a possible connection to his past experiments with the drug Cortexiphan. As he accompanies her to Massive Dynamic in New York to look over old case files, he struggles to adjust to life on the outside and confronts some old demons in the new episode "Subject 9." Joshua Jackson also stars.
